Let’s find a time that works for you — scheduling is flexible. Once you’ve submitted this form, I’ll reach out to schedule a quick phone call to plan the details, including time, locations, and style, so your photos reflect exactly what you want!

Locations can be on or off the UC San Diego campus. If you want to go off campus, but transportation makes that difficult, I can drive a maximum of 3 people with an additional fee depending on distance and time spent driving.

Payment will be processed after the photoshoot is complete and before any of the images are sent. Payment must be completed before I start processing the images. For the quickest delivery, complete payment right after the photoshoot is complete.

Photos will be shared using a Pixieset gallery for ease of sharing and downloading. Photos can be processed for social media and print. Processing for both has no additional charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I accept payments through Venmo and Zelle in addition to cash and check. Payments are accepted after the photoshoot is completed, however, I will not begin processing the images until the payment process has been completed.

  • Your images will be made available through a personalized Pixieset gallery, ensuring ease of sharing and high-quality downloads. This enables you to simply share the link with your friends, family, or clients so they can view and download the images for themselves.

If privacy is a concern, inform me at any time and I can restrict who can view the gallery. This is done through a personalized password or PIN number, ensuring only you and those you trust are able to access the images.

  • Expect delivery 2 weeks after the pictures were taken and the payment process has been completed. This gives me time to edit and refine your images, ensuring they meet my quality standards. If you need the images sooner or by a specified deadline, please let me know and I’ll make it happen!

  • I do not include the RAW files as part of my deliverables. Sharing them over the internet is difficult due to their large file size and they do not visually align with my photographic style as they have not been processed.

Sending RAW files will only be allowed by agreement prior to taking the photos, including an additional fee to account for the aforementioned delivery difficulties.

  • One of the first questions I’ll ask when we work together is about your intended use for the images. Generally, I set up all my files to be well suited for most uses, opting for JPEGs with high quality at smaller file sizes.

If you have a specific use for them, I can process and set-up your pictures in a way that best suits your purposes!

    • For social media: I’ll ask about where the images will be presented. Most platforms process images to fit their size requirements, throwing away information in larger files which results in lower quality images on your finished post. To account for this, I arrange for the size of your images to hit the maximum size allowed, ensuring there are no quality issues.

    • For print: I’ll ask what dimension(s) you intend to print your pictures in. To account for this, I’ll set up the files with the optimal size and quality for your printout(s).
